Day 1: Edinburgh to Loch Ness
The tour starts from 60 High Street, the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, where you will be picked up in an air-conditioned coach. An English-speaking guide will accompany you on this tour.
Depart from Scotland’s capital and head to Stirling, home to legends such as William Wallace and Robert the Bruce and scene of many of Scotland’s most famous and bloody battles. The route north takes you through the dramatic and inspiring Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands offering some of the finest scenery in Europe.
Further on, proceed to Fort William which forms a part of the Western Highlands of Scotland, in the shadow of mighty Ben Nevis (Britain’s highest mountain). The area has pretty villages and hamlets which give you a glimpse into the local way of life. Travel through the Great Glen and proceed to the village of Fort Augustus dissected by Caledonian Canal which enters Loch Ness to the north.
Spend the night at a 3 or 4 star hostel in Fort Augustus with self catering kitchens and laundry facilities. The accommodation will be reserved, but you will have to pay locally. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in the package and is payable direct.
Day 2: Loch Ness to Isle of Skye
In the morning, set out to explore the Isle of Skye situated off the west coast of Mainland Scotland. Skye is known for its natural beauty, history and wildlife. As you explore this beautiful island, you will realize that Gaelic culture and heritage pervade the atmosphere, with each part of the island having its own tales of the days of yore.
After exploring Skye, your will stay overnight at the legendary 4-star Morag’s Lodge on the banks of Loch Ness. The hostel has comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities, superb shower, a bar with open fire and live music, self catering kitchen. Breakfast and dinner are also available here.
Day 3: Loch Ness to Edinburgh
Before heading south en route for Edinburgh, you will follow the entire length of Loch Ness. Visit Inverness, capital of the Highlands, and head for the brooding Culloden Moor, a site of defeat of Bonne Prince Charlie’s Jacobite uprising. Halt along the way for lunch (cost not included) and continue south to Pitlochry, a tourist centre of Highland Perthshire famous for its scenery and hydroelectric dam with salmon ladder.
Further on, proceed to Dunkeld flanked by Loch Tay and surrounded by wooded hills and crags. At the heart of the village, you will come across late 17th century houses alongside the ancient cathedral. You will pass through many pretty villages of Perthshire Highland before heading back to Edinburgh.
Return to Edinburgh and the tour ends at 60 High Street, the Royal Mile in Edinburgh (the original starting point).

Meals allow a minimum of £3 for breakfast, £4 for lunch and £6 for dinner.
For entrance fee, you will need Approx. £3 per day. For the Audio Guide there will be 30 GBP refundable deposit to submitted when picking the guide.
